CEO and Executive Compensation
The CEO’s short-term incentives are paid in accordance with performance indicators (e.g. cash flow, EBITDA and revenues, etc. for the concerned year) and comprehensive appraisal criteria that consist of contributions made to business performance (e.g. attainment of strategic tasks). Long-term incentives are calculated according to business performance over a three-year period and are paid every three years in consideration of EVA1), sales growth rates, share price, and TSR2) disparities.
1) EVA (Economic Value Added): An indicator that demonstrates substantial corporate value as seen from the viewpoint of shareholders
2) TSR (Total Shareholder Return): Total rate of returns for shareholders during a specific period of time
