  6. Responsibilities:
    • • Realizing the sales targets based on a TBR sales plan;
    • • Visits and maintain TBR target groups assigned service area;
    • • Main target groups;
      • o Direct approach to fleet owners
      • o TBR selected Partners, such as;
        Road Assist 24 members, Hankook Truck Master and TBR Service Providers.
    • • Assurance of Sales TBR tires; (Pre-and After Sales)
    • • Setting up tire test with Fleets and ensure accurate monitoring and follow-up;
    • • Effective and efficient cooperation with Account managers in your service area;
    • • Active contribution to determine pricing strategy TBR;
    • • Setting up incentives to promote TBR activities;

    • • Setup tire test within Hankook Tire guidelines at target groups
    • • Activate Road Assist 24 partners
    • • Validating conditions within TBR price matrix

    • • Visiting target customer groups
    • • Promotion and sales TBR products and related services
    • • Fleet inspections on the spot, also on Saturday, compensation time for time
    • • Frequent preparation of market and business analysis TBR (Market Intelligence)
    • • Reports weekly to Sales Manager BeLux
    • • Organizes related TBR meetings, internal and external
    • • Supports Supply Chain Manager regarding TBR forecast
    • • Does tactical proposals towards Sales Manager to achieve objectives
    • • Drafting TBR annual plan (budget next year)
    • • Manages and monitors Sales budget TBR
  9. Knowledge and training (level)
    • • Bachelor’s degree, long experience in the transport market can offset this.
    • • Between 3 and 5 years of work experience in a commercial sales field function;
    • • Knowledge of the transport market or similar working environment;
    • • Fluent in Dutch, advanced in French and basic knowledge of English
    • • User knowledge of:
      • o MS Office, CRM tools and Windows.

    • • Medior in developing strategies and tactics
    • • Experience in tire industry and/or similar company is a plus
