Sales Sales Forecasting & Planning
  • Analyze sales forecast results
  • Establish regular sales goals and perform market research to forecast demand
  • Support sales process and assess sales contract terms
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and finance departments to efficiently provide data using forecasting systems
Channel Sales
  • Offer products and services through various channels and network business partners
  • Find and recruit distribution, dealer, and retail trading companies
  • Provide affiliated companies with sales activity support, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, sales targets
  • Generate sales targets through meetings with individual and corporate sales targets
Key Account Sales
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Maximize profits from key accounts and accomplish target goals through sales opportunities
  • Negotiate with corporate key accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales of Hankook Tire’s products and services
Sales Support
  • Offer administrative support and provide training for salespeople and affiliated distributors
  • Analyze sales data and file reports
  • Provide sales data to salespeople and affiliated distributors and respond to all sales questions, including order processing and non-technical issues
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Increase sales by creating a plan to support retailers while conducting customer promotions
  • Improve product sales and customer satisfaction through CRM activities for retailers and customers
  • Resolve customer service issues and complaints
Technical Customer Support
  • Offer technical support for products and services such as installation and repair
  • Answer questions about products and services, resolve technical issues, and perform repairs
  • Provide maintenance and repair information to customers
  • Forward issues to related departments
